Hello

I taught first grade, at a Title 1 school, in Caddo Parish for a couple years. After getting to know my students and better understanding their lives away from school, I realized not all children have access to books in their homes. This is why I created Pages & Popsicles, to give all children access to their own books during school breaks. Whether it be the long summer break, short weekend breaks, or week-long holiday breaks, books can provide children with many hours of joy and adventure.

 

It is my hope, with your help, we can provide our young readers with books that will not only take them to the moon and back, but to establish a life-long love of reading!
